All our shipping services are fully tracked. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email to confirm that your order is on its way, this will include the tracking number. Our delivery times are based on our experience with previous shipments, however, please note that the delivery times may vary from time to time depending on unforeseen circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us though should there be a delay. In order to check the delivery cost please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. Our website will calculate the shipping cost here and the postal cost will depend on the weight of the items and the delivery country. All orders are usually fulfilled within 2/3 working days. During peak time and promotional sales periods, this may change and take up to 5 to 10 working days.

This service is handled by Royal Mail in the UK and then delivered by your local postal service. Please see below for a list of areas and estimated delivery times. Please note a duty charge may apply in selected countries outside of Europe. We are unable to refund duty charges applied by the local authorities.

All orders are sent fully tracked and insured. To check the status of your order please check your order history and select the most recent order.

Tracking information will be available in the UK via the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com/trackdetails). To track your order outside of the UK please check your local carrier via the tracking guide. Please note that information will only be available when your order has cleared customs.

New customers – You will be asked to enter your shipping/billing address and payment method Existing customers – Make sure you are signed in. Your saved address information will automatically be completed. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We pride ourselves on the quality of our shirts and that each shirt is described accurately and priced accordingly.
We are happy to exchange or provide a refund for any item described inaccurately within 30 working days of ordering.
If your product doesn’t fit when it arrives we are happy to exchange the item within 30 working days of ordering.

All refunds and exchanges will be processed as soon as the item arrives back with us. We cannot process any payment before this. We will only provide a postage refund if the nature of the return is our fault. We will make any refunds using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
